Romtor Gesti\u00f3n, S.L. complies with the obligations imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons, and Organic Law 3\/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, regarding the processing of personal data and other applicable legislation, as well as the regulations in force at any given time, ensuring compliance with all obligations and rights of data subjects regarding the processing of personal data. Furthermore, in compliance with Law 34\/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Romtor Gesti\u00f3n, S.L. will seek prior consent from users for the sending of commercial communications, where applicable, also observing all user rights and obligations.<\/p>\n
